    桢楠是国家二级重点保护野生植物,为针对性提出桢楠种质资源保护策略,高效利用桢楠木材资源,本研究运用样地法和每木调查法对湖北省恩施州戽 口村、汪家沟、高罗镇现存野生桢楠群落进行了系统调查,记录了样地内的植物物种组成、个体数量、胸径、树高、冠幅等指标。结果表明 :3个样地共有维管束植物 32科 47属 53种, 物种多样性较为丰富,乔木植物分为 6个分布区和 4个变型,高位芽植物占比 77% ,其中,戽 口村野生桢楠群落的 Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、 Simpson多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数均为最低,群落破坏最为严重, 恩施州桢楠种群整体呈现出幼苗和幼树大量死亡,成年后趋于稳定的存活特征。综上所述, 恩施州桢楠野生群落资源较为丰富,种群天然更新能力偏弱, 受人为干扰较大, 亟需采取相应保护策略对其进行全面保护。

    Abstract:

    Phoebe zhennan is a national Class II protected plant in China. To formulate targeted conservation strategies for its germplasm resources and realize efficient utilization of its timber resources, this study conducted a systematic investigation of their existing wild communities in Hukou Village, Wangjiagou and Gaoluo Town of Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province. Indicators including plant species composition, individual quantity, diameter at breast height, tree height and crown width within the sample plots were recorded. The results showed that a total of 53 vascular plant species belonging to 47 genera and 32 families were found in three sample plots with relatively abundant species diversity. The arbor plants were divided into 6 distribution types and 4 variants, and phanerophytes accounted for 77% of the total. Among them, wild Phoebe zhennan community in Hukou Village had the lowest values of Shannon?Wiener diversity index, Simpson diversity index and Pielou evenness index, suffering from the most severe community damage. Overall, their population in Enshi Prefecture presented a survival characteristic that a large number of seedlings and saplings died while adult individuals tended to grow stably. In conclusion, their wild community resources are relatively abundant in Enshi Prefecture, whereas the population has weak natural regeneration capacity and is greatly affected by human disturbances. It is urgent to implement corresponding conservation strategies for its comprehensive protection.
