Abstract:Pterocarya hupehensis is a rare native tree species endemic to China, mainly distributed in mountainous regions at elevations of 700-2000 m. It possesses significant ornamental, ecological, economic and medicinal value. This paper summarizes the practical techniques for its introduction and cultivation in low-elevation areas, aspects such as seed treatment, sowing methods, seedling management, field cultivation practices, and subsequent tending and maintenance. The content provides a technical reference for the wider planting and promotion of P. hupehensis in low-elevation areas.
