    摘要:

    为解决郧阳天麻传统栽培面临的连作障碍、病虫害频发、品质波动等突出问题,结合十堰市郧阳区地域自然禀赋,详细阐述了林下天麻种植与室内天麻筐栽两种模式的生境营造、菌材制备、栽培管理、病虫害绿色防控及采收加工等关键技术环节。通过构建“林下种植+室内集约化”双模式,分别适配林地资源与闲置设施,实现了全域覆盖与资源高效利用;优化了菌材制备(本地树种+鱼鳞口处理+菌种配比)、基质配方(兼顾透气与肥力)、种植工艺(固定菌床法+立体堆叠),形成标准化技术体系,兼顾品质与产量。两种种植模式通过精准适配郧阳区地域资源,实现了生态化与集约化的统筹发展。

    Abstract:

    To address prominent challenges in traditional?Gastrodia elata?cultivation in Yunyang, such as continuous cropping obstacles, frequent pests and diseases, and inconsistent quality, this study elaborates on key technical aspects of two innovative cultivation modes-understory planting and indoor basket cultivation-based on the natural conditions of Yunyang District, Shiyan. The technical details include habitat preparation, fungal substrate preparation, cultivation management, green pest and disease control, as well as harvesting and processing methods. By establishing a dual-mode system of understory planting + indoor intensive cultivation,the approach adapts to both forestland resources and idle facilities, enabling comprehensive regional coverage and efficient resource utilization. Key optimizations involve fungal substrate preparation (using local tree species with scaled incisions and optimized fungal strain ratios), substrate formulation (balancing aeration and fertility), and cultivation techniques (fixed fungal bed method and three-dimensional stacking), forming a standardized technical system that ensures both quality and yield. Through precise adaptation to Yunyang’s regional resources, the two cultivation modes achieve a balanced development of ecological sustainability and intensive production.
