    为深入研究新疆天山云杉的胸径与树高之间的生长模型,填补相关研究空白,并为天山云杉林分的生长预测及生产经营管理提供有用的参考依据本研究以天山云杉为研究对象,利用30块样方,每块大小为25m×25m天山云杉林调查数据,通过选用34种生长方程来构建天山云杉树高-胸径生长模型发现,研究表明逻辑斯蒂模型H2表达式为H=1.3+a/(1+b-1D-c)和混合模型表达式为H= 1. 3+1/(a+bD-c)拟合效果最佳,调整后的R2为0.862,RMSE为4.768m,MAE为3.625m,SSE为10839.76m。此外,本研究引入海拔和坡度最为随机效应,构建了非线性混合效应模型,对比AIC、BIC和对数似然值发现基于海拔的非线性混合效应模型效果较优,具有更高的预测精度。

    Abstract:

    In order to further study the growth model between DBHand tree height of Picea schernkiana in xinjiang, fill the gap in related research , and provide a useful reference for the growth prediction and production and management of P. schernkiana stand. In this paper , 30quadrats , each with a size of 25m ×25m , were used to construct the tree height-DBH growth model of Tianshan spruce by selecting 34 kinds of growth equations , and it was found that the Logistic H2 model H=1.3+ a /(l+b-lD-c)and the Mixed model H=1.3+ a /(l+b-lD-c)had the best fitting effect. The adjusted R2 was 0.862m , the RMSE was 4.768m,the MAE was3.625m,and the SSE was l0, 839.76m. In addition, a nonlinear mixed-effect model was constructed by adding the most random effects of altitude and slope in this study , and compared with AIC, BIC and log-likelihood values,it was found that the nonlinear mixed-effect model based on altitude had better than effect and higher prediction accuracy.
