Jiufeng National Forest Park is an important forestry scientific research base and science popul arization base in Hubei Province, and it is of great significance to scientifically and obiectively evaluate the forest quality of it to guide the forest management of the park and promote the coordinated development of ecology and economy. In this study, six standard plots in Jiufeng NationalForest Park were taken as the research obiects, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the forest quality. Theresults showed that the forest quality of Jiufeng NationalForest Park was generally good, the comprehensive score of forest quality was between 0. 3045-0. 7305, the comprehensive score of different types of forest quality was SP>QM>QK>F>M>SM, and 66.7% of the standard land quality was at the middle and upper level.
