    摘要:

    以湖北省钟祥市花山寨林场马尾松林为研究对象,采集不同间伐强度0,10%,20%,30%和 40%的土壤,研究不同间伐强度处理1a后马尾松林土壤有机质与好气性细菌、真菌和放线菌等微生物群落的变化特征。结果表明,高间伐强度(40%)土壤有机质含量显著减少,放线菌数量显著增加。中度间伐(30%)土壤中有机质含量变化不显著,真菌数量显著增多。因此,选择 30%~40%的间伐强度作为提高林地土壤微生物群落数量的参考指标较为合理。

    Abstract:

    The study was conducted in the Huashanzhai Forest Farm in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province, using Pinusmasoniana forests as the research subiect. Soil samples were collected from diferent thinning intensities 0% , 10%,20%30% ,and 409. , and the changes in soil organic matter and microbial communities (including aerobic bacteria, fungi, andactinomycetes) were investigated one year after treatment. The results indicated that high thinning intensity (409) significantly reduced soil organic matter content and significantly inereased the number of actinomycetes. For moderate thinning(309),there were no significant changes in soil organic matter content,but there was a significant increase in fungal populations. Therefore,selecting a thinning intensity of 30%~409 is a reasonable reference for enhancing the quantity ofsoil microbial communities in forest lands
