As an endangered precious tree species in china, ormosia henryi has broad application prospects in the fields of timber, ornamental, medicinal and biological fertilizer . In this paper, the causes of seed dormancy and its removal meth- ods, seedling cultivation, plantation cultivation and resource development and utilization were summarized, and the pros- pects of research on germplasm conservation and utilization, improved variety breeding, efficient cultivation of seedlings , and directive cultivation of plantation were put forward, in order to provide reference for the healthy development of plantation industry of ormosia henryi.
