Abstract:Assessing current status of forest ecosystem service functions at county level , realizing the quantification and value of ecological background , is of great practical significance for the realization of regional ecological product value and green development of social economy. The study was taken the forest ecosystem of Daye as the research object , and based on the 2021forest resource management“one map”data and field positioning monitoring data of Daye , evaluated forest e- cosystem services from 8 functional categories: water conservation , soil conservation , carbon sequestration and oxygen re- lease , purification of the atmospheric environment , accumulation of nutrients , product supply, forest recreation , and biodi- versity. This results showed that the total value of forest ecosystem service functions in Daye in 2021 was 4. 672 billion yuan , and the unit area value of forest ecosystem was 96 748yuan ● hm—2 ● a—1 . Among the ecological service functions , the value of water conservation function was the highest , accounting for 47. 61% of the total value , followed by biodiversi- ty protection , accounting for 13. 08% . The distribution of forest resources in Daye is uniform and the structure is unreason- able . The quality of forest ecosystem service functions showed a trend of high in the south and low in the north , with the southern mountainous areas accounting for a relatively high proportion , and the proportion of shrub forests was relatively large , accounting for 26. 65% , while the quality of ecosystem service functions only accounts for 12. 10% . on the basis of strengthening the protection of existing forest resources , it is recommended to comprehensively implement measures such as shrub forest transformation and degradation restoration to improve forest quality, optimize the spatial structure of for- est resources , and effectively enhance the service function of Daye forest ecosystem .
