In order to explore factors that affect the rooting of D. brandisii cuttings, and provide experimental basis for the rapid propagation of D. brandisii . Through orthogonal experiments, explore the suitable conditions for D. brandisii cutting rooting, such as fungicide treatment time (A),cutting age (B) , and different plant growth regulators (C) . The re- sults showed that the effects of fungicide on the rooting rate of D. brandisii cuttings were C>A>B, both fungicide treat- ment time and different plant growth regulators had extremely significant effects on the rooting rate of D. brandisii cut- tings . The combination of carbendazim 800times solution sterilization soaking for 6 minutes (A2),cutting age 18months (B2) , and ABT1rooting promoter (C3) was the appropriate condition to promote the rooting rate of D. brandisii cut- tings . Artificial creation of suitable external conditions is conducive to industrialized rapid propagation and cutting seed- ling cultivation .
