Abstract:The study aims to study the effects of spraying IBA on germination and growth of Cinnamomum camphora var . linaloolifera dwarf forest, to provide a theoretical basis for the high-efficiency cultivation of C. camphora var . lina- loolifera dwarf forest. The 2-year-old of C. camphora var . linaloolifera dwarf forest as material, and a variance analysis were coducted on the germination number, sprout number, ground diameter, plant height, crown width, biomass , and oil yield in five concentrations of IBAby means of spss . The results showed that germination number increased with the in- crease of IBA concentration, and spraying 100 mg ● L—1 IBA had the best effect on promoting germination number, but the effect of spraying IBA on the sprout number was not obvious . The ground diameter, plant height and crown width in- creased with the increase of IBA concentration, the ground diameter, plant height and crown width reached the maximum with 100mg ● L—1 IBA treatment. The fresh weight per plant increased with the increase of IBA concentration, and the fresh weight per plant reached the maximum with 100 mg ● L—1 IBA treatment. The trends of fresh leaf weight, fresh branchlet weight and main branch weight per plant were similar to that of fresh weight per plant. The effect of spraying IBA on the oil yield of fresh leaves was not significant, but the effect on the oil yield production of fresh leaves per plant was significant. The oil yield production of fresh leaves per plant with 100mg ● L—1 IBAtreatment was significantly high- er than that with other treatments . Therefore, spraying 100mg ● L—1 IBA had the best effect on the germination, growth and oil yield of essential production of fresh leaves per plant of C. camphora var . linaloolifera dwarf forest.
