Abstract:Pine wilt disease is one of the most dangerous forest diseases in the world, since it was identified in Hubei prov- ince in2000, it was occurred in13cities ,82counties(cities or districts), and seriously damaged the forest resources of the whole province . In this experiment, the efficacy test and dosage test of iniecting immune activator into pine trees were used to study the control effect of iniecting immune activator on Pine wilt disease . The results showed that there were also differences in the effect of different doses of iniection on the control of pine wood nematode disease . Through variance a- nalysis , there were significant differences between each treatment and the control group at the level of5%,indicating that the effect of iniection immune activator into pine trees was significant, and there was no significant difference between the normal dose and the increased dose . Therefore , the more economical normal dose could be used for productive control. The infection rate was less then 1. 00% by iniecting immune activator into pine trees , the lowest infection rate was 0. 09% . There were no whole dead trees in Jiufeng National Forest Park, Daniiangkou Songtao Mountain Villa, Huangmei Wuzu Temple Scenic Forest Farm, and Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, and the fatality rate was 0. But without trunk in- iection, the lowest infection rate was 3. 00% , up to15%, the lowest fatality rate was 1. 00% , up to11. 00% . The results of Songtao Mountain Villa and Wudang Mountain Scenic Area in Daniiangkou City were the investigation results of two years after the trunk iniection, and the fatality rates were both0, indicating that the trunk iniection could still protect the pine trees two years after the trunk iniection, which could significantly reduce the fatality rate .
