wetland parks belong to the natural wetland areas which between nature reserve and traditional park, and also, they are sustainable ways for wetland resumption and resource utilization based on ecological protection. with people》sdemanding for ecological environment quality becoming higher and higher,protecting wetland resources and giving full play to itsecologi- cal and social benefits has become an important work in ecological civilization construction . In recent years, the govern- ment of Hubei province has done a lot of work in the construction of wetland parks, and made certain achievements, but also gradually showed some problems, which will bring challenges to the future construction of wetland parks, wetland re- sources protection and utilization and sustainable development. Therefore , on the basis of systematically summarizing the achievements and main experiences of the construction and development of wetland parks, the authors analyzed existing problems and put forward relevant proposals, in order to provide reference for the construction and high-quality develop- ment of natural protected areas in Hubei province .
