Based on the important results of Evaluation of Forest Ecologicalservice Function in Hubei province in 2019, the value characteristics of forest resources in Hubei province are analyzed. Around three aspects as construction , protec- tion and good utilization of the Lucid waters and lush mountains , the authors discussed the guarantee paths and mechanism of the transformation realization of“ two mountains”, and puts forward some targeted countermeasures for reference in Hubei province .
