    采用室内饲养观察法、饵木诱集观察法、样木解剖调查法和诱捕器诱集调查法,对松墨天牛在恩施市海 拔400~ 1200m处的发生期进行了调查研究。结果表明:松墨天牛成虫在恩市发生期为4月下 旬 末~10月 中 旬;随 着 海 拔 的 升高,成虫羽化高峰期逐渐推迟,海拔400~600、600~800、800~1000m、1000~1200m 天牛羽化高峰期分别在6月下旬、7月上旬、7月中旬、7月下旬。不同海拔高度该虫均为1年发生1代,都以低龄幼虫和老熟幼虫分别在韧皮部和木质部的虫道内越冬,但在不同海拔高度条件下该虫各虫态发生期不同,低海拔400m 处各虫态的发生期要比高海拔1200m 处 提 前30d左右。恩施市为典型的盆地气候,松墨天牛成虫发生期差异显著,防治适 期 不 一,该研究为该市松墨天牛的防治和预测预报提供了可靠的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Through the observation of *Monochamus alternatus* raised in the lab, trapped by baiting wood, collected from dissected sample trees, or gathered by trapping apparatus, the paper makes a research on their occurrence period at altitudes in the range of 400~1200 meters in Enshi. The study shows that the occurrence period of *Monochamus alternatus* adults is from the end of April to middle October. The adult eclosion peak is gradually postponed when the altitude increases. The eclosion peaks of *Monochamus alternatus* adults living within 400~600m, 600~800m, 800~1000m, 1000~1200m above sea level are late June, early July, middle July, and late July respectively. The generation of *Monochamus alternatus* at different altitudes all occurs in a year. The young larvae and old larvae live through the winter in their tunnels of the phloem and xylem respectively. But the occurrence periods of all kinds of *Monochamus alternatus* at different altitudes vary. For example, the occurrence periods of all kinds of *Monochamus alternatus* at an altitude of 400m is 30 days earlier than the time when they are at a higher altitude of 1200m. Enshi has a typical basin climate. The occurrence periods of *Monochamus alternatus* adults are significantly different, so the suitable periods of controlling them are also not the same. In this way, the study can provide the reliable base theoretically for controlling and forecasting *Monochamus alternatus* in Enshi.
