    以鄂西亚高山区日本落叶松二代优树嫁接无性系为对象,通过物候观察和生长量测定,分析无性系间的物候变异及其与生长量的关系,为育种材料的进一步选择提供依据。结果表明:该区域日本落叶松主梢生长期平均为217.6 d,侧枝生长期平均为216 d,各系号间物候期存在明显分化,生长量的变异程度更大,变异系数分别为32.55%和33.21%;生长期与生长量相关分析发现,二者之间存在显著的正相关,相关系数为0.150~0.730,物候期对生长量有较好的预测能力。

    Abstract:

    By observing phenology and measuring growth, this study analyzed the relationship between phenological variation and growth of the second-generation Larix kaempferi grafting clones in the sub-high mountain area of western Hubei Province, providing a basis for further selection of breeding materials.The results showed that the average main shoot growth period of Larix kaempferi in this region was 217.6 days, and the average lateral shoot growth period was 216 days. There was obvious differentiation in phenological periods among different clones, and the variation degree of growth was greater, with variation coefficients of 32.55% and 33.21% respectively.Correlation analysis between growth period and growth amount revealed a significant positive correlation, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.150 to 0.730, indicating that phenological periods had good predictability for growth.
