This paper summarizes the preliminary achievements made in the construction of Yulin National Forest City in the past three years in five aspects: Sand Control and afforestation, human settlement environment, rural greening, green industry and ecological culture. According to the new requirements of advancing ecological civilization construction in the new era, this paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions of forest cities in Yulin for the future construction. It makes clear on the direction of construction will continue to push forward, multi-level to create, development of urban agglomerations, the construction measures to promote the development of green industry, strengthen the protection and restoration of wetlands, and on the construction and management to enhance the scientific level.
