According to farmers'forestry cooperatives in Macheng have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,but there is a“shell”phenomenon.Situation of farmers’forestry professional cooperatives in Macheng and existing “shell society”phenomenon was discussed,analyzed its causes,and probes into the Countermeasures for solving this phenomenon and standardizing the construction of farmers’forestry professional cooperatives by the paper.
