The strategy of rural revitalization is a major strategy put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Party. In addition to mountains and mountains, we must earnestly practice Xi Jinping's theory of "two mountains" in rural revitalization and seek new paths for green and high-quality development in order to stimulate new impetus for rural revitalization. This paper has carried out extensive investigation from three aspects: thought, responsibility and practice, earnestly absorbed experts, scholars and people's wishes, and put forward a series of ways to convert green hills into silver mountains, so as to provide practical guidance for the revitalization of mountain villages.
