Abstract:According to the feature of climate and hydrology in Taihu lake as well as the physiological ecological characteristics of phragmites communis, the ecological restoration engineering technology system for Phragmites communis beach applied in Taihu shore belt were summarized in this paper. The ecological restoration engineering technology system consist of cofferdam technology for wave dissipation, soil pile technology, soil conservation technology and phragmites communis planting technology. The ecological restoration engineering technology system were successfully applied to restore 20 ha Phragmites communis beach in the Taihu shore belt from Shatang Port to Oudu Port. This paper provides a reference for Taihu Lake water environment comprehensive management and related work.
