Abstract:The young leaves and petioles of Sinomanglietia glauca were used as the explants in the study. The experiment studied disinfection time and hormone concentration ratio to young leaves and petioles callus induction of Sinomanglietia glauca. The results showed that the best way to disinfect leaves and petioles of Sinomanglietia glauca were using 0.1% HgCl2 for 8min and 5min, with high survival rate and up to 32.15 % and 49.06 % respectively. The best hormone concentration ratio for leaves of Sinomanglietia glauca was 1.5 mg/L6BA + 0.15 mg/LIBA. The best hormone concentration ratio for petioles of Sinomanglietia glauca was 2.0 mg/L6BA + 0.15~0.20 mg/LIBA. The suitable medium for the subculture of Sinomanglietia glauca callus was MS +2.0 mg/L 6BA +0.15 mg/L IBA.
