    白楠为樟科楠属植物,是优秀的生态树种和珍贵的用材树种,具有很高的价值?本文采用石蜡切片法对白楠 (Phoebe neurantha) 的胚胎发育过程进行了研究?主要内容包括白楠大?小孢子发生,雌?雄配子体的发育以及开花后子房发育的研究?主要研究结果表明,白楠的子房为一室,双珠被,厚珠心,多单胚珠,少数双胚珠,倒生?胚囊发育类型为蓼型胚囊,与樟科其他属种一致,大孢子母细胞经过减数分裂形成直线排列的四个大孢子,其中三个靠近珠孔端的大孢子相继退化死亡,而合点端的大孢子则发育成为功能大孢子,形成单核胚囊,经过三次分裂,形成八核七细胞的成熟胚囊?雄蕊花药室内壁?中层和绒毡层,随着花药的进一步发育,药室内壁和绒毡层逐渐解体消 类型为变形绒毡层?小孢子有部分败育现象,这可能是由于绒毡层不能及时降解,导 子体发育;败育

    Abstract:

    ecological species and rare tree species of Lauraceae Phoebenees,has a very high value.Method of using paraffinPhoebe neuranthato study the process of embryonic development.Main contents include the megasporogenesis,microsporogenesis,development of male and female gametophyte and study on ovary development after flowering.Main results show that the ovary of Phoebe neurantha had 1-locules,double integyment,thick nucellus,single ovule,a few pair of ovules,ovules was anatropous.Embryo sac development type for polygonum type,and Lauraceae other is species consistent,the megaspores mother cell formed a linear tetrad of 4 megaspores after meiosis.The chalazal megaspore developed the functional one and other three at the micropylar pole were degraded.Formed single nuclear embryo sac,after three times split,formed eight nuclear seven cell of mature embryo sac.There wrer 4-locules anther sac in flowers,The wall of flowers is consist of epiderment,endotheca endothecium,middle lamella and tapetum.Along with the further development of the anther,endothecium and disintegration of tapetal cells gradually disappear,mature pollen grains were 2-celled types.The tapetum was amoeboid.There were little pollen abortion and male sterility since the tapetum of male sterile plants delayed degradation and the microspores could not obtain enough nutrition for normal development.
