    摘要:野生动物是天然的“病原库”,自古以来世界上绝大多数疫病均与野生动物密切相关。陆生野生动物疫源疫病监测是在新时期新环境下《重大动物疫情应急条例》赋予林业部门新的职责,是避免疫病大规模爆发的重要举措。朝阳市位于中国东部候鸟迁徙通道上,是候鸟迁徙过程中重要的停歇、觅食、栖息地,野生动物特别是鸟类资源十分丰富,在朝阳建设高标准的野生动物疫源疫病监测站具有十分重要的现实意义。辽宁朝阳国家级野生动物疫源疫病监测站自2006年成立以来已有10年,打下了较为扎实的基础,取得了一定的成绩,目前已获批并积极筹建标准站,在人员、资金、设备方面仍存在较大差距。同时提出了解决对策,加大重视程度和财政投入力度,引进专业技术人员,增强与大专院校和科研单位合作,以提升核心监测能力。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The wildlife is a natural pathogen library,most of the world's diseases are closely related to wildlife since ancient times.The monitoring of terrestrial wildlife epidemic diseases was a new responsibility for forestry administration in the new period after Animal Plague Emergency Handling Mechanism was in action,was an important measure to prevent the outbreak of disease. Chaoyang is an important stopover,foraging,habitat for migratory birds located in the eastern migratory birds corridor. Wild animals especially bird resources are extremely abundant in Chaoyang, so it has a very important practical significance to construction of high standard station in Chaoyang.Liaoning Chaoyang national wild animal epidemic disease monitoring station has been ten years since 2006,laid a solid foundation,achieved certain results, currently approved and construction standard station soon. But it still exists difference in terms of personnel, funds and equipment. Meanwhile,puts forth corresponding solutions,increase the degree of attention and capital investment intensity,introduce professional personnel,enhance cooperation of college and research institutes,to enhance the core competence of monitoring.
