Abstract:In tertiary production of Beauveria bassiana, effects of three different culture plates on the raw powder production were studied. The results showed that the spore density and viabilty of the raw powder, which produced in porous plastic plates, were highest. The spore density was 122.25±2.17 billion spores/g, and viability was 90.50±0.96%. The raw powder produced in porous plastic plates significantly better than those produced in bamboo dustpan or galvanized steel plate. And porous plastic plates had advantages in permeability and workability, in which the raw powder drying needed fewest time. These showed that porous plastic plates were suitable to tertiary production of B.bassiana.
