    在白僵菌三级生产中,使用 3 种不同培养盘,研究其对原菌粉生产的影响。结果表明,多孔塑盘生产的原菌粉含孢量和活孢率最高,分别为 122.25±2.17 亿孢子 /g 和 90.50±0.96%。多孔塑盘生产的原菌粉显著好于竹制簸箕和镀锌钢盘生产的原菌粉。而且多孔塑盘在通透性和操作性上具有优势,烘干所需时间最短。这说明多孔塑盘适合用于白僵菌的三级生产。

    Abstract:

    In tertiary production of Beauveria bassiana, effects of three different culture plates on the raw powder production were studied. The results showed that the spore density and viabilty of the raw powder, which produced in porous plastic plates, were highest. The spore density was 122.25±2.17 billion spores/g, and viability was 90.50±0.96%. The raw powder produced in porous plastic plates significantly better than those produced in bamboo dustpan or galvanized steel plate. And porous plastic plates had advantages in permeability and workability, in which the raw powder drying needed fewest time. These showed that porous plastic plates were suitable to tertiary production of B.bassiana.
