Based on forestry ecological civilization analysis, We constructed evaluation index system of forestry ecological civilization of Three Gorges Reservoir areas in Chongqing. The index system includes target layers and the third grade indicators. The first level indicators was constituted by ecological resources, ecological economy, ecosystem services, ecological culture and ecological construction, and further subdivided into 20 second grade indicators, 38 third grade indicators. The construction of forestry ecological civilization evaluation index system of it is great significance for scientific evaluation on the effect of the Three Gorges Reservoir areas forestry ecological civilization construction, exploring the important role of forestry ecological civilization in the construction of Three Gorges Reservoir areas, and also providing decision-making for ecological civilization construction and other relevant policies and measures of the Three Gorges Reservoir areas in Chongqing.
