Abstract:Abstract:Using 8-year-old Cerasus serrulata var.lannesiana‘Kanzan’as stock,we studied the effect of cultivar replacement technology by high grafting on grafting survival rate. The results showed that C. serrulata var. rubea had the highest survival rate grafted in December and March which reached 82.60%, and the method of sealing up by wax and bagging after grafting was the best way which had the highest survival rate because of the ability of moisture retention.Among these tested cultivars, the grafting survival rate of C. yedoensis and C. pseudocerasus var.‘Introrsa’were the highest and reached 83.33.% and 1.11%,respectively.
