Abstract:A method for determination of three isothiazolinone preservatives in wood and wood products was developed.We extracted the preservatives from the samples by ultrasonic extraction with methanol,and centrifuged the extract and diluted the concentrate,and then determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The method was easily to handle and had a preferable extracting effect.The recovery rate was distributed in the range of 85%～111% and the relative standard deviation was distributed from 0.93% to 8.20%.
