Abstract:Abstracts:Four PGPR strains including Pseudomonas fluorescens Q2-87, 1M1-96, Pf-5 and Burkholderia cepacia C23,were inoculated on Pinus taeda and P.elliottii in April and May,2014respectively;The SPAD values of pine seedlings were measured using SPAD 502 PLUS in August, 2014.The results were as follows: ①The SPAD values of the needle leaves of P.taeda seedling inoculated with Q2-87 and 1M1-96 were significantly higher than that of P.taeda seedling inoculated with water;The SPAD Values of P.taeda seedlings inoculated with Pf 5 had no significant difference with that of P.taeda seedlings inoculated with Q2-87 and 1M1-96; ②The SPAD values of the needle leaves of P.elliottii seedling inoculated with Q2-87 and 1M1-96 were significantly higher than that of P.elliottii seedling inoculated with water. According to the experimental results and the references,we estimate that ISR was induced by 2,4-DAPG in the two kinds of pine inoculated with Q2-87, 1M1-96 and Pf-5.
