Abstract:In order to improve the clonal propagation of Larix kaempferi, experimental studies including different cutting times, different clones, different cutting ways, different cutting mediums, different cutting hormone, different concentration treatments, and different maternal plant ages were carried out using semi-lignified shoots as experimental materials in cutting orchard. The results showed that the semi-lignified scions on the 2.5-year-old raw trunk, sawdust and peat 20%+50% sawdust+30% chaff or sawdust as a substrate and hormone IBA200 mg/L soak for 0.5 hours were the best, and its cutting survival rate was more than 85%, and the average rooting number reached 13.8, and the average root length reached 11.6 cm from June 26th to July 5th.
