    摘要:以闽楠和楠木为材料,研究不同浓度1-萘乙酸处理对其1a生移栽苗生长的影响。结果表明:楠木的成活率在100mg/L时最高,为64%;新叶抽发率在200mg/L时最高,为24%;闽楠的新梢增长量平均值随着浓度的增加而增加,在400mg/L的时候最大,楠木的新梢增长量平均值随着浓度的增加而显著增加,在400mg/L的时候最大;闽楠的嫩叶平均数量随着浓度的增加而增加,在400mg/L的时候最大,楠木的嫩叶平均数量随着浓度的增加而显著增加,在400 mg/L的时候最大。

    Abstracts:Used Phoebe boarnei and Phoebe zhennan as experimental materials,We studied the effects of different concentrations of 1 naphthyl acetic acid on transplant one year old seedlings of Phoebe boarnei and Phoebe zhennan in light matrix containers. The results showed that when the seedlings of Phoebe zhennan treated at the 1 NAA concentration of 100 mg/L,their survival rates which was 64% was the highest; when the seedlings of Phoebe zhennan treated at the 1 NAA concentration of 200 mg/L, their young leaves germination rate which was 24% was the highest; The average growth amount of Phoebe boarnei sprouts and new leaves increased with the increasing of the concentration of 1 NAA and the amount reached the highest at the concentration of 400 mg/L,The average growth amount of Phoebe zhennan sprouts and new leaves increased with the increasing of the concentration of 1 NAA and the amount reached the highest at the concentration of 400 mg/L.
