Abstract:Abstracts:To solve the difficulty of cultivating seedlings of Cercidiphyllum japonicum Sieb. Et Zucc., the authors treated the seeds under different natural conditions. So we could gain their germination rate. During the experiment, we made proper artificial induction and treated the seeds with different time (2,4,6,8 hours) , different temperature from 25 to 40 ℃ and different gibberellin concentrations (0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mg/L). The experiment showed that the seeds had the best germination rate and grew fast in 25 ℃. The showed that high temperature wasn't good for seed germination rate, while high gibberellin concentrations and long treatment time were beneficial for the seeds whether in germination time or germination rate.
