Abstract: The woodland resource is the important part of woodland, which is the basic production factor of forest production construction, also fundament of forest development. It is importance for protecting ecological resources, building ecological barrier, forest land resource management as part of Three Gorges Region. The authors from existing situation of forest land resources, existing problems and reasons,proposed suggestion for protecting forest land.
