Abstract: Fungal cutinase, an induced enzyme, can destroy the host epidermal cutin and weaken host resistance. In recent years, extensive research on fungal cutinase has been taken at home and abroad. The paper summaries systematically from the source of fungal cutinase, structure and character, research at molecular level and the role of the pathogenic process.
