The biennial M.officinalis Rehd.et Wils.in the nursery were treated with different Magnoliae officinalis Rehd.et Wils.to study effect of light time on quality of plantlets.The results showed that direct light time significantly affected plantlets height and ground diameter.Prolonging light time can significantly increase plantlets height and ground diameter.Thus,the ample light conditions must be ensured raised by the authors during constructing nursery base of M.officinalis Rehd.et Wils.
