The result from the study on original provenance and family selection and genetic resource conservative forest for Larix kaempferi(Lamb.)carr.showed that 13 elite provenances and families raised 30.4% than average value volume of 4 contrasts;4 elite provenances raised 27.4% than average value volume of 3 contrasts;9 elite families raised 35.8% than the contrast volume and 7 elite materials from the conservative forest raised 44.3% than 3 average value volume of the contrast.
