Abstract:Shennongjia forest region is only one administration district in China as "forest region" after the SAR.Based on the comprehensive reform of state-owned forest farm Shennongjia forest region of the status quo,on the state-owned forest farm in the natural forest protection project,the reforestation of farmland,and the control of forest resources,work in afforestation and greening the role played by state-owned forest farm for the smooth progress of reform which have laid a solid foundation also pointed out a few problems existing in the reform of state-owned forest farm,mainly for the performance of state-owned forest farm system that was not smooth,backward infrastructure and living conditions of hardship,industrial development as lack of funds and personnel,technology,more retirees,the burden heavy,unmanageable debt,difficult development.An attempt to reform the state-owned forest farm with management system and operational mechanism and accelerate the pace of transfer of forest resources,vigorously develop the forestry industry,reasonable diversion of surplus staff,stabilize and improve the state-owned forest farm with support policies on five aspects of the deepening reform of countermeasures of state-owned forest farm in the forest region.
