Advancing in depth on the Collective Forest Property Right system,will positively improve on the forest resource conservation and management,simultaneously,it will bring out new issues and mission of the forest resource management and conservation.So,the authors discuss on how to strengthen the forest resource management and conservation after reformation,and also carry out countermeasures accordingly.
