Dendrolimus punctatus(Walker)is a main pest to Pinus tree in Hubei eastern region.It was used to use chemical pesticide biological chemical pesticide to control the pest which had big pollution to environment with relative big limitation.However,the biological control brings great thread to silk-worm raising,this year,Sendebao Biological Agent is carried out for Dendrolimus punctatus(Walker)control in large scale.The authors indicate based on survey and analysis in several control areas:the effect for pest killing reach above 99%,which can't cause any pollution,and both protect and solve contradiction of pest control and silk-worm raising,it is good to extend and apply.
