Ipomoea cairica is one of the invasive species that have caused the serious harm in south China. Under five different habitats, relative conducity and chlorophyll content of Ipomoea cairica have measured by using the conductivity method and photometric method. The results showed that the significance exists in membranous permeability of Ipomoea cairica partially at 0.01 level;the significance exists among all the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll besides the fourth habitat and the fifth habitat.
