Prunus Pseudocerasus is the earliest ripe fruit tree variety among fallen-leaf fruit trees. It has special function in remedying vacancy of early fruit market and meeting the needs of peoples' living. It is highly valued with delicious color and abundant nutrition, and praised as "rare fruit". Through investigation on the current status of the cherry industry in Hubei province is described, existing problem in cherry development and feasible solutions and countermeasures are pointed out and put forward and strongly aimed at development by the author.
