This paper introduces the receptor systems of Robinia pseudoacacia L. genetic transformation with callus, shoot direct regeneration, protoplast, embryo, and also reviews genetic transformation of R. pseudoacacia L. from foreign genes, antibiotic selected and the methods of genetic transformation. The prospect and problems of the genetic engineering of R. pseudoacacia L. are also analyzed,and put forward future study direction.
