This paper has carried on a systematic elucidations on several significant issues that must be grasped in work of converting the land for forestry i.e. ecological target, crowd interest, responsibility to various levels of government and related departments, implementation on policies of converting the land for forestry and scientific and technical support etc. It has important guiding mean to guarantee of smooth implementation on work of converting the land for forestry and realization of sustainable development for forestry.
