Based on analyzing the climate environment difference between Jiufeng area in Hubei province and the main distribution area in Fujian province, this paper discussed the feasibility of introducing Castanopsis fissa in Hubei, and seeding experiment and growth research are carried out. The result showed that Castanopsis fissa can grow in Wuhan area of Hubei province, and it can be introduced to the similar climate zone.
