A qualitative and quantitative combined method was used in this paper and current state of forestry production in this county was taken into account to determine site type of converting the land for forestry from scientific and practical viewpoint based on essential factor control and analysis on effect of comprehensive characteristic of local divergence for site eco-factor on forest tree growth, site type table was also drawn up.
