Abstract:Abstract：the Grain for Green Project started in 2001 in Hubei province, the returning farmland to forest area was 860,000 hm2 with remarkable results .but at present, the problems with some poor building quality , low economic benefit , small farmers food insufficiency etc., We need to crop production, replanting , follow-up industries development etc., and other measures to effectively consolidate the achievements of Grain for Green Project to be really “ get back, the security is maintained, does not rebound”.
